Review of minutes: The minutes from the November meeting were reviewed by Cindy Ward.

Treasurer's Report: The treasurer's report was given by Melissa Motley. Total of $748.86 on CD, $3351.33 in checking. We still have not received a bill for the food for Med-Surg Medley.

Old Business:

Election of Officers: This was postponed again due to lack of members at the meeting.

4th Annual Med-Surg Medley Planning:
Planner: Linda Jenkins has confirmed.
Date: September 16 at VBH Auditorium

Community Projects:
Canned food drive: Plan to have at Med-Surg Medley. Put this on flyer.
Cookbooks: We still have a lot of cookbooks. Juanita suggested dividing the cookbooks up between Relay for Life teams to sell as a fund-raiser for their teams. She will check into which med-surg units have teams that we can donate them to.

Shirts: Juanita priced T-shirts online, still needs to check with High Peak.

Facebook Page: Cindy created a Facebook page for the chapter. We have 22 people who "like" us. All of the meetings are on the page as events.

New Business:
There was no new business.

Educational Program: Juanita Daugherty, RN, MSN, CMSRN, CDE presented "Inpatient Management of Patients with Diabetes."
