Treasurer's Report: Given by Melissa Motley. $14.83 interest on CD, total of $748.86 on CD. $2511.33 in checking.

New Business:

Old Business:
Community Service: Judy Ward was captain of a team for the March of Dimes walk. $1213 raised.

July Speaker: The topic for the July meeting is forensic nursing. Judy will contact April Rasmussen to ask her to speak.

Med-Surg Medley:
Date: September 10
Planner: We need a planner before further plans can be made. Since Juanita is not present tonight, Judy will ask Linda Jenkins to be the planner. Judy will ask Linda for dates and times she can meet with us to discuss the agenda.
Topics:
Sepsis: Jeff Duncan and Linda Jenkins are confirmed as speakers. Dr. Hardison was also suggested, but still needs to be asked.
Renal Failure: No speakers are confirmed. Suggestions were to ask Dr. Giles to speak about acute renal failure, Dr Lockridge to speak about nightly home dialysis and Kelly Bennett to speak about a project being done on DRMU to help educate patients about dialysis.
Save the Date: Cindy will email a save the date notice to Centra nurses and submit to Centra notifications.

Education Program:
An education program about the Fast Track Program for Bowel Surgery was presented by Cindy Ward, MSN, RNC, CMSRN, ACNS-BC for one nursing contact hour.
