Individual attendees at the July meeting donated $45 to the AMSN Foundation. An additional $75 was taken from the chapter treasury to make a total donation of $120.

Joint Meeting with Central Virginia Chapter

Members of the Blue Ridge Chapter met with members of the Central Virginia Chapter for a joint meeting at the Lovingston Cafe in Lovingston, VA on September 27. An educational program about research at UVa was presented by Sharon Bragg, RN, Clin IV, president of the UVa Professional Nursing Organization.Members from both chapters enjoyed the great dinner and conversation.
