Members discussed final plans for the seminar being held on October 9.
Tables: Need 6 for vendors, 2 for registration
Registrations: None received yet.
Folders: Judy has the folders. Plan for 150 - 175. Juanita was given the agenda, will make copies for the folder.
Name tags: Juanita will bring.
Decorations: Karen has decorations for the tables.
Registration: Starts at 0730. Be there at 0630.
Bios for speakers: Karen needs short bios to introduce speakers. Cindy will email these to Karen.
