Objectives

  1. Identify the basics steps in the research process (from initial question to publication).
  2. List strategies for facilitating the research process for the direct care nurse.
  3. Determine the internal and external resources available to the direct care nurse.

1.0 Nursing Contact Hours will be awarded at the completion of this educational activity. Centra's Professional Nursing Development is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Virginia Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Committee, an accredited approver by the American Nurses' Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
